Privacy Policy

SKID ("we", "us", "our") is a Dubai property forecast platform operated by SIFOR STUDIOS SOFTWARE DESIGNING LLC SPC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use skid.homes (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Depending on how you use SKID, we may collect:

• Property details you provide — community, property type, size, price, and related intake answers used to run a forecast.
• Contact details (optional) — name, email, and optionally phone/WhatsApp when you unlock results, request a PDF, or opt in to agent or mortgage follow-up.
• Preferences — for example mortgage down-payment / term choices and opt-in flags (agent contact, mortgage estimate).
• Usage and device data — pages viewed, buttons clicked, and similar interaction events via Google Analytics (see below), plus standard technical logs needed to operate the Service. We may also store a language preference cookie.

• To run forecasts and show results for the property you describe.
• To generate and deliver PDF reports when you request them.
• To contact you only when you explicitly opt in (for example one dedicated agent message, or a mortgage path you choose to open).
• To improve product experience, reliability, and market coverage.
• To understand how people use SKID through aggregated analytics.
• To comply with applicable law and protect the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not hand your details to a call centre or blast them to multiple agents.

We share information only in these limited cases:

• One dedicated agent — only if you opt in to agent contact.
• Mortgage partner — only if you click through to a mortgage partner yourself; we do not pre-share your contact details with that partner unless you choose that path.
• Service providers — infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, and similar processors who help us run SKID under appropriate safeguards.
• Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the Service.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people interact with SKID — for example which pages are visited, which buttons are used, and where users drop off in the forecast flow. Google may process device and usage data according to its own policies. We configure analytics with IP anonymization where supported.

You can limit analytics via browser settings, extensions, or Google's opt-out tools. For more detail see Google's Privacy Policy.

SKID and its analytics providers may use cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences (including language) and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some features or analytics accuracy.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example to deliver your forecast/report, honour an opt-in follow-up, improve the Service, or meet legal obligations — then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service is perfectly secure; please use a trusted device and network when sharing contact details.

• You can view the full analysis without sharing contact details. Monitoring alerts are optional.
• Agent contact and mortgage offers are opt-in only.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by contacting us (see below).

SKID is intended for adults making property decisions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

SKID serves the Dubai property market. Your information may be processed in the UAE or in other countries where our providers operate. Where we transfer data, we take steps appropriate to the context to protect it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of SKID after an update means you accept the revised policy.
